So my Goals for the next few months:

Last week I weighed in at 118, which is really unhealthy, so I’m on a weight gain system right now.

I’m only drinking water and whole milk. I’m eating a lot more chicken, and pork and beef. I’m eating a lot of dense and protien filled greens and veggies. I’m eating a lot of complex carbs, and I’m drinking a double protein shake before bed ever night./

My goal weight is 145 by the start of june, which shouldn’t be too hard, and I’m shooting for the rest of my six pack to come in by the end of march. I’m quite excited for bathing suit season.

Also, I’m starting college in August, and doing my generals.

I’m sleeping more, and working more, and just dedicating my life to myself, my close friends and my girlfriend. Life is wonderful and I’m working to keep it that way. I’m so happy.
